Smoky Mountains Color From Mountain to the Sea

Thanks Smoky Mountains Todo

Smoky Mountains Todo

Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies Gatlinburg TNThe Smoky Mountains have long been blessed with the scenic autumn colors that embrace the foothill cities of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and neighboring towns each year.  This year we have had an especially cooler summer with more abundant rains,  making conditions ideal for an especially colorful fall season.  The annual transformation into a sea of brilliant colors has already begun its hint of what’s soon to come.

Speaking of the sea and color, you may wish to explore Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies.  Staff at the aquarium has done an excellent job of putting together an award-winning sea exhibit filled with vibrant colors throughout the year.  A highly educational interactive fun-filled adventure for the entire family.  A facility where adults and children can interact with sea life from a hands-on-approach for many of the displays.  For those displays you can’t touch, there’s ample viewing capability from safer perspectives.  Getting in…
